Gym mood on!
Hey dears,
Maintain a body in shape is not easy when you love food and specially all the dinners and all occasions there you have to attend and can’t resist the damn food. Even if I don’t get so much weight on I still have to maintain so it docent go to far.
Made a gym card for weeks ago but for some reasons I didn’t get the chance to hit it...but after boosting myself I’ve finally took the dam fot into the gym, I thought I would die couse it has been months there I haven’t been doing anything then just taking long walks and swimming...sense the body can’t take pressure I had to be careful. But by the time I finally can start take light weights and start over again...my way of getting a healthy body and still eat the things you like and have the shape is some points who helps me out is...
1. Monday to Friday - no sugar, rise, fat food, or snacks,
So what I have been doing is to change the sugar to zero sugar, getting more vegetables, fish, meat with salad and a small portion of pasta, and having bars and Bcaa,
Guess in the beginning it would be hard but if you try it works, all you need it so find the food you like and change a little bit.
2. Work out 3-4 times a week no need for hours, guess 1-2 h is enough. Warm up for 20min then make 2-3 positions of tranie that you wanna focus on and then end with a cardio workout with stretching!
3. Saturday and Sunday eat whatever you want and treat ur self with food you like but in a limit.
4. After working out for weeks It’s time for shape the body. Now is when the weight comes...and by the time you don’t need to do all the steps each time, sense I go 3-4 times a week I’ll focus on one thing a day and trying to get time by time change.
5. Fruits and soups whenever ur hungry and make a habit and drink shakes.
Had great fun even if I thought I would not make it but having cheer leaders and pump up music the cardio went on point!!!
